Midpoint is the best I've always had good experiences with them. I can make an appointment and call back to reschedule and no problem. I had an appointment scheduled for today but I got off early Thursday I called Wayne and he fit me in. I live in Botetourt and I don't mind driving that extra distance to get my car done bc they do a great job and the midpoint team are so friendly. When ever I call they try to fit me in immediately always have a car available for me to use if needed and there service department is awesome
It's been a few months since buying my truck at Midpoint, but I have to say it was a great experience! I was dealt with fairly and professionally by everyone I dealt with. In addition, I was so pleased with my treatment, my parents purchased a vehicle there a couple of months later based on my experience.
