HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DROVE OFF THE LOT WITH A NEW CAR THEY THEN PROCEEDED TO ASK FOR THE VEHICLE BACK BEFORE THE FIRST PAYMENT WHICH I DIDNT UNDERSTAND. Poor customer service! A vehicle caught my eye as I was passing by. Stopped and looked at it. A salesman was walking out the door, I flagged him down and offered $1,000 less than asking price. I had business to conduct in Rocky Mount, told the salesman I would be back in a little while. Came back 30min later. The salesman said he didn't have time to check on my offer and sent me to another salesman. Called about a truck they had for sale. Asked several questions about it. They confirmed it was there and was what we were looking for. Drove an hour one direction to get there. Walked in the office and found it it wasn’t what we wanted and it had sold three days ago anyway. So now an hour drive back home. Over two hours wasted because they can’t keep their books straight. Take your business elsewhere.
I have a coolent leak and there 8 point check said nothing about it.
Do Not have service done there...we took our car and $115 turned into $172 for a diagnostic of battery needs replaced. We wanted to make sure alternator was ok so we was willing to pay for a diagnostic evaluation. Which was quoted at $115. We had the new battery and did not purchase from them. Charged us $57 to put ireplacement battery back in trunk.
Never ever do business here!!! You get screwed and get cussed at by managers!
I found this car via Carguru, called the dealer, spoke w/the salesman, Jeremy about the vehicle a 2001 GMC red Sonoma V6-4wd-extented cab, one owner for $6999. I asked if they would take a lower amt and Jeremy said "I will be happy to help you folks out and can take several hundred dollars off the online price of $6999." My husband called to get more info, spoke with the same person and got the same price and discount info.
