Dr. Benefield took the time to listen to me and explain my options thoroughly. The dental assistant—I am sorry that I did not catch her name—put me completely at ease. Today was my first visit, and I am very happy I chose Midtown Dental.
Everything was great. I was glad to get an appointment in January when I was called out of town and had to cancel my appointment which had originally been 6 days earlier.
I don't usually respond to requests to share my experience. However, my visit to replace a crown was extraordinary. Dr. Benefield and Holly were kind, attentive and, most of all, skilled in their tasks. Both did everything they could to help me. When the 2-hour procedure was over, I remarked to them that it was as if nothing had happened. Quite a relief. Thank you much!

Superb dentistry. Very efficient personnel in entire office, from front desk to dental assistants to dentist. I have been going to Midtown for over 10 years since I first relocated and have NEVER encountered a bad or under par experience from entire staff. My daughter and her family have been going there even longer. Dr Guiterrez gone out of his way to accomodate my emergencies, like a tooth broke on the weekend, my crown from many 15-20 years ago just fell out and is swirling in my mouth. Dr. Tsumura is the best! He really care about his patients and take great care of us. I always appreciate his care and service he provides to me!! Office staffs and dental hygienist are great also. I highly recommend his office for service!!!
