The dentist and assistant were great. The process needs some work. The Invisalign consent is long and has a lot of information, it should be given during the scanning appointment not the first fitting. (Before the patient pays $1000). You should also tell patients how long the appointment will take. I had no idea I would be there for two hours!
Dr. T is truly amazing! I can’t say enough good things about the Dentist he is & how he treats his patients. Dr. T is one of the best people I have ever met. I am anxious & OCD, so I know I’m not the easiest patient, but he never makes me feel that way. Honestly, he always puts me at ease, he listens & does incredible work. Lindsey the dental hygienist is wonderful!!! I request her every time now. She is very good at her job & she makes it so fun! I feel like I’m visiting a friend when I see her. I am 76 years old and have lived in Denver for about 25 years. During that time I have gone to several dentists before I found Midtown Dental. The dentists there are extremely knowledgable and experienced as are everyone else in the office. I see Dr. Tsumara, but have seen other dentists when he is not available. At Midtown Dental, everyone listens.before they provide service. They care about teeth and they care about their patients.
Dr. Tsumura and entire staff are friendly, capable, and efficient. Plus...I love the fish tank.
