I was sold a car with an open recall. I was sold a car with an open recall. Told by the service department that my car wasn’t affected. (Michalea)I have only had the car a month. Took it to a proper dealer and they said yup it’s been recalled and fixed the issue. Side note still under a factory warranty as well. Not sure it’s legal to sell a car with an open recall like the ignition switch! Shame on you! Do better.

Very friendly and personable. Very friendly and personable. No high pressure which is a super plus. They let you look at your own leisure and not constantly following you around. But yet available for any questions. I haven't picked up my truck yet , but so far so good!! Thank you.
