Great experience
Good so far. Great on get n right back too U. They listen to ur needs in seem to care, willing to do best by both the people and the dealership. Just waiting on the type of SUV Im look n for that fits my family needs.
Responded quickly to my inquiry. Tom Morales and Paul Nelson were very helpful in showing me the car and getting the deal completed. Got the car I wanted at an acceptable price. Quite laid-back but helpful. Not too much pressure and quite friendly. They also seemed to have a much larger inventory than I would expect for an independent used car dealer.

Was excited i found the jeep ive been looking for, i arrive and they have it waiting outside. (Perfect there) i get the keys and remote start it and as im getting closer i have a ticking noise from the engine. Took my test drive and thats all i could hear. Get back and told the rep about it, said that they dont service the vehicles right away. Then why even list it⦠i walked in to negotiate and he said âthey have never lowered the price of a vehicle in 5 yearsâ dont go hereâ¦
Didn’t seem like they were interested in selling a car. The one I drove sounded like bad bearings and wouldn’t go in reverse.He said the car hadn’t been serviced yet. If you got interest in selling a car I would think you would have it ready to go! Also while I was test driving it there were supposed to give me a trade estimate- didn’t even look into it. Doubt I’ll go back there
Sold the car I was interested regardless of me sending my preapproval to them and making a an appointment to come in the following day. I work in sales of high end product- if someone says they are buying the product the day prior- you don’t then sell it to someone else. They then had the nerve to ask me if I’d wanna work with them again.
tell me how i contacted this dealership looking to buy this car right they set up an appointment and everything i travel one hour and arrive 10 minutes early to my appointment for them to tell me they already sold the car 20 minutes prior to my appointment and never told me screw this place!!!
Had several emails saying they would be in touch but then they never followed through. I had asked to schedule a test drive. Very disappointed.
