Dealership was alright, but highly disappointed with the Dealership was alright, but highly disappointed with the fact my purchase didn’t come with a second key fob! The salesman assured me that the service department could provide a second key fob at a price of $3-400 dollars! But when I tried to get one, I was informed they couldn’t do it! So now, a different dealership wants a$1,000 dollars for a key fob! Very disappointed!!
Everyone is helpful and accommodating. Everyone is helpful and accommodating. Sales reps aren't pushy and excel in knowledgeable assistance. Service reps get you in and out as best they can despite the volume of customers requiring service and regular oil changes. It's a pleasure doing business there.

Up to this point, I have not been to impressed with my Up to this point, I have not been to impressed with my experience.First it took 8 days for my car to be ready,I paid for a second key and wasn’t made for me.The mats in the car are for an XT5 which I also test drove,how the mats got changed I don’t know . I received the car 10/16 the check engine light just came on.Which still be covered by my 30 day warranty,hopefully any problems will be taken care of by your dealership.Thank you I’ll be in touch with you on the issue.... read more
