I went on line, picked out my explora. I went on line, picked out my explora. Did it all on line. They called me & said i was approved. Drove there, test drove it and there were a few issues, but a week later it was mine. Michael did a great job explaining everything and Kevin called me whenever he had news about repairs. They went far and beyond for me. Great crew.
