Good very good communication
Car was on the lift getting new brakes and tires when I went to look at it...salesman was apologetic because I couldn't take a test drive, but I had just driven a 2018 EX at another dealership. I put down a deposit on it, the rest of the sale process was handled by phone. When I went to pick it up, however, I discovered the windshield was damaged. The dealership made arrangement to have that repaired quickly and delivered it closer to my home on a flatbed.
Very nice people but I was there to late for my cherokee but I keep looking.

Great experience.It was a pleasure to deal with Kevin mostly and also Gary.Smooth transaction and was given plenty of time to get my loan,paperwork etc in place.There was also very very small damage that they fixed at my request,no charge,to make the sale happen.Communication was amazing,lots of emails and calls going back and forth and no pressure at all from them.Definitely worth the purchase and definitely would recommend this dealer to anybody.I hope everyone that buys here has as good an experience as i did.THANK YOU KE... read more
