Very responsive, willing to accommodate my flexible schedule and had the car up front and ready to look at. Ended up testing driving another vehicle that day. Great staff.

Car was on the lift getting new brakes and tires when I went to look at it...salesman was apologetic because I couldn't take a test drive, but I had just driven a 2018 EX at another dealership. I put down a deposit on it, the rest of the sale process was handled by phone. When I went to pick it up, however, I discovered the windshield was damaged. The dealership made arrangement to have that repaired quickly and delivered it closer to my home on a flatbed.
