2005 Chevy Suburban I took my tSUV into Midway Chevy for a noise in the engine. My service advisor was Al Gaffney who I have been seeing for the past 10 years. Al advised that there were 3 lifters that needed replacement, my steering box was leaking, my oil sensor needed replacing and the plugs needed replacing as I had just turned 100,000 miles The good news was that Al had sold me a four year Mainenance policy about 3 Yrs ago so a $4,500 bill came down to $1700. Midway Chevrolet Daniel Castillo Service Advisor at Midway Chevrolet provided excellent customer service. Upon leaving work I found one of the tires on my Equinox was very low. I work near Midway Chevrolet so I slowly drove to the dealership. I did not have an appointment and it was well past 4:30 p.m. Daniel show me a large screw that was in the tire and explained that it could not be repaired.
