Intermittant AC problem fixed. My AC would cycle on and off since I bought the vehicle new 5 months ago. Initially (4 months ago) I was told that the problem was known to GM and they were working on a fix and a recall would occur. Well, that didn't happen. So I contacted GM directly via the phone and got a case number assigned. I went to the dealer, explained the situation and a service technician rode along with me for 25 miles - all the while capturing data on his laptop PC via the access port under the dash. Fabulous, quick service Midway Chevrolet vehicle service was fabulous. The entire process was quick and reliable. From making our appointment for oil change, recall update and windshield replacement. We were given a vehicle while the recall was being completed for airbag.

Great Service I drive 2 hours to have my truck serviced at Midway Chevrolet. My service advisor, Hugh, is outstanding... he goes the extra mile to make sure my truck is taken care of properly; checking for any factory recalls/updates, recommending servicing needed/called for because of mileage, etc. I have always been pleased with the quality of service and the timeliness with which the service is completed.
FAN Module repair on Cadillac Escalade We had car problems while traveling to Tucson. We stopped into the dealership and the service shop was outstanding. They showed concern for our situation and quickly assed the problem. We were provided courtesy transportation while our car was being repaired. When we returned the car fan module was replaced and the car was ready. Our overall experience was excellent and I wished the dealership was in Tucson so I could go there all the time.
