Great buying experience We were looking for a new 2018 Chevy Trax and Midway Chevrolet in Phoenix had one! Mariana Vrabcova, our sales Professional was very helpful, insuring that all of our questions were answered. She stayed to her word and made everything happen to our satisfaction. I can not say enough about Mariana, you should be proud to have her.
Great deal! The buying experience was good at Midway Chevrolet, the finance department was a bit pushy, but seems to be the case with every dealership. There was a fine detail switch where the online price was $1K cheaper than the sticker price, but in order to get that you couldn't use a trade in, so a little bait-and-switch there. Not the easiest to get on the phone, but despite all this I am I am happy with my purchase overall and the quality of the vehicle.

Warranty Solution I would really like to thank the work and service provided to us by Brad Hallock. As we told him, we had been in the market for a warranty for our 2009 Silverado. We called Midway 3 or 4 times and spoke to several people who promised to return our call "within a few minutes" or "within the hour" that process took us 3, THREE months!! Buying a new Truck Everything went well in our process of buying a truck. Customer service was great. Everybody was very nice and friendly! Ali Mohkami and Alejandra Peralta gave us great customer service. Also the Finance dept was great customer service to and did a great job! Sorry don't have the name of the young lady that took care of us!

New Car Buying Experience The Dealership was clean and presented the new cars in an attractive manner. The Sales person went beyond expectations and even travel 200 miles to pick up the car I wanted. The Finance Department made what can be a long experience, very professional. All in all I was very pleased.
