Trainer was sick during our dogs training so I don’t think he really worked with him much. I asked about this several times during his stay and received little information. The promised exit training was on a very cold day in a dark Parking lot and not very long. I didn’t get a full training on proper skills. Use of the e collar causes my Shep to cower and in the demo he yelped. Retractable lease I have since learned not an appropriate tool nor is the e collar. BEWARE!!!! THIS MAN KILLED OUR DOG!!!!! This man, due to nothing more than his own negligence, killed our dog. He decided it was appropriate to leave our 9 month old puppy in a hot car until he overheated and passed away. There is absolutely no excuse for this sort of behavior. The owner of this business has fully admitted fault and should not be allowed to touch any other dog for the rest of his life.
