I would recommend Chris and his team to everyone! We rescued an English lab mix around 1 year old and his training did wonders for her. He helped with several issues she had, overall obedience, as well as helped to identify an ongoing issue and the best resolution for her. His continued support after her time of "board and train" was what impressed me the most. Sadly, she wasn't well suited for our family and particular location as a forever home. But Chris helped point us in the right direction and find a family that was me... read more

We had Chris train our 14 month Irish Wolfhound for 3 weeks at his location and she came home a completely changed dog. He did a wonderful job for us. Because she is a large breed dog, we wanted her to be well behaved no matter what situation she would encounter. When Chris delivered her back to us, we could tell immediately she had been trained really well. Chris stayed for close to 2 hours working with us to make sure we felt comfortable. He also made it clear we could contact him anytime in the future for help if we felt ... read more

Business response:

Fantastic Mike glad working out. Tried to get patents over at Christmas knowing they would fall in love but moms set on a breed that fits in purse. Don't think wolfhounds qualify. Thanks fir the kind words and Happy New Year I wish you continued success.

Luna and Igor completed board and train at the end of October. We are very pleased with how well they are doing! They were good dogs, but pretty crazy when they left. Now they are better listeners and I feel much more confident in my ability to keep them on track! Thanks Chris!!

I would recommend Midwest Dog Training to anyone that needs training for their dog. I am very please with the results. We have a three-year-old cocker spaniel that would often run away and take off, she was aggressive with my two dachshunds, and walking her was a workout with how much she pulled the leash. After the three-week board and train, she is like a different dog as far as following directions. She still has her silly goofiness and her sweet spirit. Walking her is enjoyable for both us, as she doesn't pull on the lea... read more

Took my five year old Labrador female and made it a pleasure to have her back in the house again with family and friends and around other animals without an issue after taking the clasp on the recommendation of my veterinarian I highly recommend their program

Bryan and Chris worked with our German Shepherd, Sam, like she was their own. She's much more respectful and attentive. We are very pleased with the services they provided.

Our 6 yr old Labradoodle and 1 yr old Bouvier have been home 3 weeks after training with Chris. We are very happy with their new dispositions. The Labradoodle no longer pulls on the leash. The Bouvier has calmed down quite a bit and no longer jumps. They both come when called and know "off" means "off." We have no regrets and know we all benefitted from the training they received at Midwest Dog Training. Considering they were boarded for three weeks, the expense was on par with any other we've found in our area. Thanks for f... read more

Before Sissi left, she spent most of her time in a kennel because she was so out of control, walks were hard to do, she would bark at and chase other dogs, children and people, she would loose leash walk it was always a battle and in the house she would get into everything, she would listen to commands. She came home today and we could have a conversation without growling or barking, she walked calmly. of course there were a couple of corrections as she was so excited to be home but is so much better. She is laying quietly n... read more
