I went super early in the morning. They took care of me and It was very quick. Would definitely recommend this place.

I'm so glad I found this health clinic it's been a game changer for my family. I've started taking all of us here because we get quick visits and real results, without the long wait times we always dealt with at our regular clinic. Scheduling is easy, the staff is kind and professional, and most importantly, they actually listen and help you right away. I was in and out even though it looked busy. I had a good experience thanks to Sasha. she was very nice & on top of her job. As I was leaving i noticed the other girls in the front desk not giving the same experience as Sasha which can make people not want to go there. If you're unwell I recommend this place for fast care :))

In and out in 20 min. It's easier when you go when they are first opening. Prescribed medication on the spot. Results ready in a day and a half. I will always go to Midwest.

Took my son in for an ear infection and was right away greeted by a girl at the front desk i wish i could catch her name but she had blonde hair and then i was taken back by the nurse abigail who was so patient with my son and had us in and out of triage very swiftly. my son then got his ears cleaned by elizabeth who was very gentle with him and then seen by a provider who i think her name was cindy. she also was very attentive to my sons needs. Absolutely horrible!!! Nurse Mayela Bermudez is the worst!! I came in Sunday for an std test, come Thursday with no results I call and they said they never sent it in! Why?? I suspected I had chlamydia, which is highly contagious, and they never gave me a result!! What was the point of me peeing in a cup if they weren't going to even give me an answer. This isn't just for me this is for my partners too. And based on the reviews this isn't the first time they never completed a test. Terrible experience!

People that work here are super nice but they are extremely incompetent. They act like they don't know medical terms and abbreviations which is weird. Literally wasted 85$.

Listen to the reviews! Because it has been a week since I've had testing done and I had to call them repeatedly just to get my results. Once somebody finally gave me the results, it is now a pain in my ass just to get my meds! Almost suspicious. Like damn do you guys want me to suffer or something?? I'm not understanding. I have called at least 8 times in 24 hours just to get a solid answer that my meds are being pushed thru. They will sit there and act like they hear you but nobody's actually listening.
