0/5 worst "express clinic" ever. It took almost 3 hours for my daughter to be seen for an ear infection. Just for the doctor to say she has an infection. Obviously she does that why i took her. Clinic never sent in medication to pharmacy so wasted almost 3 hours for nothing

1 star is too much for this place . I called just to ask if they speak Spanish and they hanged on the phone on me.!!!!

I went to them to check on my eye the doctor gave me the wrong medication the doctor gave me ear drops not eye drops I called to make sure I can use it he told me it was okay I called Walgreens and they told me not to put it in my eye I called the doctor back and they put me on hold laughing then said they give me something else both doctors and nurses did laugh like my eye is a joke I wouldn't come here again they never really tell you wasn't wrong they don't do test or even check you out I been they more than one time and... read more

I don't know what's wrong with this place but I feel like they wanted to scammed me. I called in advanced to see how much it was for a TB test. I wanted to do blood work for the TB ONLY, they said it was $60 for it without insurance. Ok that's fine I came right away. Once I paid for it the nurse came to tell me I had to pay $107 more for everything. Why would I pay for blood work that I didn't need. Bunch of scammers never coming back here. Wrong diagnosis, treatment and medication I went there on a Friday after being sick with chronic cough and severe sore throat for 3 days. I took off work for 3 days. The PA said just viral and to return if not any better. PA said she would give me a written for bromfed with codeine help with sleep/cough. By Sunday, I was so sick I couldn't talk and was able to get antibiotics elsewhere. I picked up my prescription and found out the cough syrup had NO codeine. Will NEVER go back incompetence.

I went in for a test as I couldn't get an appointment with my PCP! They let me know they accept my insurance BCBS HMO however I got a bill months later asking to pay over $200. The care was great but they do not explain anything if you're taking any type of test that's out of your network. Thankfully my insurance accepted the charges but the stress was so much!

Ignorant place to get anything done. I went to get a drug test and they put the wrong year and spelled my last name wrong. How incompetent can a clinic be for spelling a patients name wrong and putting a wrong year! What's the point of paying them, when they can't even get a simple task right. Risking my credibility and academic career! Asked to spell my last name 3 times, and still ended up spelling it wrong and had to white it out. Worst clinic ever!

Waited a couple of minutes with my parents-the wait time was not bad despite there being only ONE person. On the other hand, the service was very poor. Did not fully explain or identify the problem my father was experiencing. Didn't even bother much trying. Just instantly gave him antibiotics and let him on his way. Not so professional, not super helpful. I'd choose a different location.

5 or 6 people just waited over an hour at the Gage Park location and no staff came. i and some others had used the internet to check in. there was no note on the door, no system generated txt to update anyone. you do realize that some people have to use sick time and take time off work when they arrange a time in your system don't you? There were no staff there at all. Very inconsiderate, like the McDonalds of medical care. LOL
