I prefer to go to this urgent care over the one that is much closer to me. The wait time is shorter (I always make an appointment though), and the staff is very kind, listens to my concerns, and prescribes me what I need. At other immediate cares I need to practically beg them to give me antibiotics even though it's clear I have an infection. The waiting room is clean and tidy and they offer free masks. You may want to consider going in the morning if you can for a shorter wait time. I imagine it gets busier in the afternoon... read more

Sam at the front desk is incredible. I give it four stars because I felt rushed by the doctors but Sam was such a comfort in medical emergency! The staff is professional and caring.

I come here for the B12 shot and this team is truly amazing: I love the connivence of being able to walk in and being seen to take my shot. They are very quick and efficient. I am not sure if they have upgraded the staff but they are always super kind to me.

Our 2nd visit. Efficient, professional staff, obviously well trained/prepared for their role. Both providers were caring, and really took their time to fully explain diagnosis and treatment. Many more services offered than just urgent care that appear geared to whole health. Facility is very clean and aesthetically pleasing in a calming way. Excellent overall experience- highly recommend!!

Total incopetence. The PA gave me a frightening diagnosis. This caused me distress for two entire days. What she said ended up being incorrect. They knew the day of my visit after a doctor's review that the diagnosis that the PA gave wasn't correct. But, no one told me or called me. I had to make call after call, lose a nights sleep thinking I am contagious to all.. The PA had no right to give a diagnosis, it is not her job. The should be the doctor reviewing the tests and xrays and that is who should give us the diagnosis. ... read more

This place sucks, I have been in here multiple times and they just throw whatever medicine they can at you just to get you out of the door. The wait time is ridiculous and I have yet to receive ANY results from testing I had done even though it's been weeks. Do not go here. They won't help you. Literally go ANYWHERE else.

I made an online appt for 130, then am told when I show up it's a 90 min wait. What's the point of online checkin if I have to wait 90 mins? And I made the appt a full week ahead of time. The front desk employees are consistency abrasive, non apologetic or friendly, everytime I go . The nurses and PA are very nice and helpful.

My company requested an accessibility accommodation form on July 17. By July 26, it was completed incorrectly, failing to meet the requirements in the original email. On July 30, my company requested an official letter on letterhead--also stated in the first email--but they repeatedly resent the same incorrect paperwork. I even offered to type it myself that day. This location in Norridge rips you off. They took my cash and the receptionist on Saturday morning was rude and dismissive. I used to love this place. They need some new front of the house employees who care about service and respect. I'd be careful here. Very unhappy with service.
