I feel that because this is near my house we come here very often. Unfortunately this location is the bottom of the barrel. I think the idea is great but staff is usually rude doctors have been sweet. All seem new to this field. The 2 times I tried having my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy they did not do it correct and failed multiple times. Maybe they need a staff review because that could change many things

Awful customer service. I tried to call on the phone to ask questions and a woman who spoke unclearly, answered the phone with an attitude for no reason. I respectfully asked her to repeat herself since I couldn't understand her and she just hung up in my face. Also, I'm pretty sure this company sells your data and phone number to health insurance companies because shortly after calling them, I began to receive spam calls from health insurance companies. Beware.

I had to go to urgent care. I spilled bacon grease on my hand It felt like it was still burning. When I arrived I checked in at front desk. I explained that I had just burned myself. I had my hand wrapped in a towel. She told me to have a seat. She didn't know how long it would be. There were probably eight or nine other people waiting. No one looked at my hand to see the severity or the extent of the burn. I understand you have to wait your turn. I've been to the Norridge Midwest Express Clinic when I haven't been able to get an appointment with my primary and as appointments are not necessary and beats waiting for weeks or going to the ER when you're sick. I have never had a bad experience until this Saturday, 16 Dec 2023 & today 18 Dec 2023 at my follow up. Please no Mireya Valladares!! Mireya Valladares is not the right person to talk to customers; she has no manners; she want your insurance, you copay, want to keep you credit card info with her and also a signed form to authorise her to charge your credit card in the future (she said if the insurance does not pay). When I told her this surely illegal she said We are a private company!!!! The Doctor marked a spot infected on my hand and wanted to see it after 2 days ... I came in this morning to get treated and was told I needed my credit card/debit card stored on file so I declined because I was previously a victim of identity theft and I have never heard of a medical practice that store's credit card info. As soon as I declined I was told that I could not be seen. This process was a waste of time. I would not recommend coming here.

This lady is beyond rude! I do not suggest anyone and I mean ANYONE visit this location. I understand that this is a express clinic but some form of customer service skills need to be applied.
