If a prescription is ever sent to a pharmacy, it’s the wrong one. Heading to a 3rd location- not where it was requested to be sent, not where they told me it was sent, but a 3rd pharma. Never again.
I’ve been getting bills recently that are from 9-15 months ago. I have no idea what these charges were from because the bill doesn’t state it. Why do they think it’s OK to wait 15 months to bill someone? Absolutely ludicrous accounting practices. Been sitting on hold for 20+ minutes trying to get answers. Scam artists.
It’s been 2 days and no one has read my child’s abdominal X-ray. I was told it could be a week before someone reads it. The nurse admitted she could only diagnose one thing and then she looked at the X-ray and guess what… she GUESSED that Exact thing…what a coincidence! We were the last of the night and she clearly rushed us out, closing lights while we were still there. Done givng this company chances. This is the 3rd major billing issue and 2nd time we've been sent to collections for absolutely no reason and based on other reviews this is a frequent issue. First it was my husband and now me. Both of us paid our co-pay's up front, any bill we got in the mail was immediately paid but both of us ended up in collections. The amount I was sent for? $11.31. I think this place is more of a drive thru . pay your copay and go home. my diagnosis was as clear as mud. WebMD could do better. the next 2 days I was in the same pain I was before I went there. - plus I was left on hold for 11 minutes and then kicked to voice mail when I called this evening. Never again!

Staff is incredibly rude/ unfriendly I’m not sure if they’re understaffed undertrained or under educated but I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone. Any other options are better.

If you are going in for a quick b12 shot you are fine! Anything else stick with your primary care physician or another urgent care or even the merrillville location. The wait was the worst.. express clinic NOT!! This was portage location 🙁 they always send me a link to leave a review multiple times but I guess they were smart to not send me one for this visit
