Do not go to the Hammond location. The nurse about to take my vitals literally dropped her gloves in front of me and then picked them up, put them on and went to touch me. Told her I’m not comfortable with her wearing gloves she dropped on the floor. She takes them off and grabs new ones while contaminating those. Then I sit in a closet like room for over 20 minutes just to walk out. Day 16 and still no results on our COVID 19 test!! What a joke! Day 18 and still no results!!! This clinic is a total scam!!
While I received great care from NP MiMi and Raquel on the phone was very nice, I was told lab results would be available in 3-5 days. Day 9 and no results. Always told to “try tomorrow or later today.” I realize this is a Quest problem, but MEC needs to be accountable. Alverno Labs still has 72 hour maximum turnaround time. Time to break from Quest.

They really need to take the word “Express” out of their name. I went to the Skokie facility and was told 2-3 days for the results of a COVID-19 test. Five days later and the results are still not in. Then when I called I kept getting different answers about when the results would be ready and how they would be delivered. Finally, today, I called them and told them not to bother calling or texting. I’ll find another facility that actually works.

I am STILL waiting for both a return phone call AND a return e-mail. I had a complaint that goes back to May 21st, and I was told someone would be in touch. She did call me, and said she would look into it, and here it is, a month later, and NOTHING!! I have questions STILL! My mom paid with her debit card (they do not accept checks; she is 88 years old), and it still has not come through on her bank statement. I need to know what is going on, and NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALL NOR MY E-MAIL!!!!!!

I was supposed to receive a phone call to get my test results and never received a call back. I called for over 30 minutes to the front desk since the clinic is still open, no response the voicemail is full. Great place to get my money taken away and get treated like I don’t exists.

They are offering Covid 19 testing for all individuals. I pre registered online and when I got there, they asked for insurance and a $100 urgent care copay. When I couldn't pay they turned me away. The test is FREE everywhere else. They get you there by saying they test EVERYONE, not just healthcare professionals and first responders. Then they hit you up for the money.
