The process took longer than expected, but I was impressed that eclicklending delivered everything as promised. Once I submitted all my paperwork, Mike Angus told me that they would pay any loan lock extension fees if it took longer to close. Meanwhile the rates jumped up 0.5%. They could have easily decided not to honor their verbal commitment since there was nothing in writing about the extention, but they didn't. Mike provided a great communications all the way through. I had an excellent experience with EClick Lending. I worked with Mike Angus as our loan officer. We did a straight refinance and I was able to get a very competitive rate (better than my private banking relationships). Mike was communicative throughout the process and incredibly responsive. I have my own company so that always throws the underwriters but Mike was with me all the way. What they quoted in fees is exactly what the final paperwork was. No surprises. Your safe pair of hands all the way.

I would unconditionally recommend Mike Angus at eClick Lending for any new mortgage or refi. I recently refinanced my home, got an extremely competitive rate, and had the pleasure to work with a company and mortgage rep who was extremely responsive and proactive in making sure the process went smoothly. I have completed Refinance of my Home within 30 Days.I was helped with Mike Angus as my Loan Officer.He was very Knowledgeable and explained me everything in our very first Phone Meeting.As soon as, i send him my Documents he started Refi and we closed the Loan within a Month.

Mike Angus, our loan officer, made the refinancing process effortless and seamless. Everything was thoroughly explained and all options patiently described and explored, even with changes in my selection of the loan types during the process. There were frequent and timely updates throughout the process, which prevented the need to follow-up. Totally seamless and efficiently handled from start to finish.

We refinanced through eClick Lending to get a better interest rate back in Jan 2016. We also reduced from a 30 to a 20 year loan. Mike Angus was wonderful through the entire process of our refinance. Approximately 7 months later Mike contacted me to let me know the rates had dropped again. This second refinance is saving us over $100 a month. We qualified both times for no cost refinance. No joke, a no cost refinance. Refinancing is not my idea of fun but Mike made it as easy as possible.Thanks!
