I had the pleasure to work with Mike Angus (Loan Officer). Mike was very courteous and very informative. He made the process seem less. He was always in direct communication with us by phone and email to keep us informed on the status of our loan. He made sure we understand the step by step process. It was our first refinance, so we were initially a bit skeptical to go with an internet lending company. Our worries were erased, however, when we were explained that eClick Lending is an internet branch of Midwest Equity Mortgage. We looked up the Midwest Equity Mortgage and saw good reviews for them. We worked with Mike Angus and had an excellent experience. We have not made our first payment so can't comment on the whole process at this time and am hoping it goes as smoothly. Mike was very accurate with his quoting and pricing was very competitive. We had our current company also re-bidding and they came In high. We went from a 30 to a 15 year and saved a full percent. We are very happy with working with eClick so far.

Mike Angus was our refinance officer, and he was extremely professional and responsive throughout. We had been warned against using online mortgage brokers, and told that their great rates weren't real and there would nickel and dime us if they even get the loan finished. But to the contrary, the great rate they gave us was indeed true.
