We wanted a lower rate and to consolidate debt. Contacted Mike Angus to refinance and our new loan was closed 35 days later! Mike Angus was great and communicated with us the whole way through! We never even met in person or missed any work as it was all completed by computer and a notary public that came right our home!

This was a very good experience for me. I worked with Mike for refinancing my home in Portland, Oregon and Mike was easy to work with and would respond to my communications promptly. He also was very flexible and gave me extremely good interest rates with large amount of lender credits. I had to change some loan conditions post-lock and I was able to work it out with him without any issues. Overall, this was a smooth process and I got myself a great deal.
