The process took longer than expected, but I was impressed that eclicklending delivered everything as promised. Once I submitted all my paperwork, Mike Angus told me that they would pay any loan lock extension fees if it took longer to close. Meanwhile the rates jumped up 0.5%. They could have easily decided not to honor their verbal commitment since there was nothing in writing about the extention, but they didn't. Mike provided a great communications all the way through. I had an excellent experience with EClick Lending. I worked with Mike Angus as our loan officer. We did a straight refinance and I was able to get a very competitive rate (better than my private banking relationships). Mike was communicative throughout the process and incredibly responsive. I have my own company so that always throws the underwriters but Mike was with me all the way. What they quoted in fees is exactly what the final paperwork was. No surprises.
