This was our second time with Mike. He was fast, minimized the paperwork (but understand even under the best of circumstances, the paper load is a heavy one). He was responsive to texts and emails. And he times our rate lock just right at the sweet spot.

I am a first-time homebuyer and Mike and his team were awesome. Super responsive to any questions I had, and we did everything electronically, but I was always able to pick up the phone and call with questions and they got back to me right away. Mike was very straightforward in explaining various aspects of the whole process, and I never felt like I was being talked into a bigger mortgage than I could handle. The whole process was pretty painless.

While this was a difficult and confusing move for me, Mike hand held me through the process and never made me feel as if any of my questions were stupid. He was easy to talk to and incredibly accessible when I had random questions. He never made me feel as if I was bothering him which I am sure I was at times.
