Mike and the First Heritage Mortgage team were excellent to work with. They made the home buying process smooth, efficient, and painless. All our communications were detailed with what to expect, who to expect it from, exactly what should be sent or posted to the online portal, when pieces of the process would take place, etc, and then each of those parts of the process went as expected. The staff were friendly, professional, responsive, helpful, and worked well together to make this process easy!

I can't endorse Mike enough. We were first time home buyers and after talking to other lending groups we were somewhat turned off of the entire process. Then our realtor recommended that we talk to Mike.Every email or call was returned the same day even when he was on vacation. Every small question we asked was answered with his full attention no matter how trivial or off the wall it may have been. Mike did an excellent job guiding us through our first home-buying process. The whole process was seamless and went off without a hitch. He was particularly responsive - always available by phone, following up to make sure we had what we needed, and answering the many questions we had. We highly recommend him!

Helped my Wife and I purchase our first home. Had to switch the loan product midway through the process. Mike got the loan switched quickly and effectively, without affecting our closing date. Also, the closing department made an error in calculating our closing costs resulting in us having to bring an extra $755 with us to closing. Mike made sure that First Heritage made things right and reimbursed us for their error.
