Mike walked me through the whole process and explained every step. He was able to obtain a pre-approved loan within hours after I submitted all my paperwork. Mike worked with my realtor to complete the pre-approval letter so I was able to submit a contract on my new home. The contract was accepted and now waiting to close on my home.

My wife and I were first time home buyers and was completely unfamiliar with how the whole process works.
