Mike takes the time to explain the loan process in detail so you know what's going on at each stage. It helps a lot taking the stress out of buying a new home. He and his team are very experienced and lets you know what information they need in advance, and avoids last minute fire drills. They are very friendly and responsive to any questions you have.
