When choosing a lender, it was really important to me that they be patient with me as a first time buyer, and Mike was absolutely who I was looking for! It was key that I understood each step, and he was really patient with my long list of questions, explaining all the details with me. On top of that, he was very knowledgable, gave me tips for first time buyers, and he and his team were very responsive.

From the moment I was introduced to Mike, he was responsive, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. What I loved about Mike is that when I thought there was a major roadblock, he had a calming presence and promised me he'd take care of me. I am now in my dream home and it's all because of Mike and his team! Can't recommend Mike and the Center City Mortgage team enough!

Buying a home is a very stressful and emotional experience. There are many moving parts and things to consider throughout the process. Michael answered every question we had, spent time on the phone and over email running worksheets and getting us more information so we could make better decisions as we moved through the process. I always felt that we had a clear picture of what we could afford, and how we could use our money effectively to get our first home. Michael was great because he gave us that confidence, and wasn't bothered by repeat questions, and always was in our corner when it came to making decisions.
