Michael was recommended to us by a friend who used him when he refinanced his house. Michael came to meet with us personally at our home and from the beginning was courteous and professional. Great person to work with. Very hands on. Was always available when we needed him. He was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we were happy. He was very honest. That was big for us.
