I started the mortgage process using my VA bennefit, even though there is a lot more requirements as far as paperwork is concerned it went smothley in my opnion. When ever we had questions they were answered in a timely manner and we were always kept informed as to how the process was going.

Mike was great at explaining the process and going above and beyond with assisting in all the documentation. He is always available and responds in a quick timely manner. In today's busy world, it is very difficult to find time during work hours to fill out paperwork and send in signatures. Mike made the process a lot easier. He is very thorough and helped us step by step to get what we needed and get everything in on time.
