I started the mortgage process using my VA bennefit, even though there is a lot more requirements as far as paperwork is concerned it went smothley in my opnion. When ever we had questions they were answered in a timely manner and we were always kept informed as to how the process was going.

Overall I'm happy that I got a low interest rate and most importantly that I got approved for a loan considering that my credit score was not that great
