Only my second time buying a home, and still had a lot to learn. Mike was extremely patient with me, being self-employed, walked me through it, told me what to expect. The closing was moved up sooner and he still made it happen. The only surprises were a lower insurance rate (which Mike found for me) and cash left over at closing!! I highly recommend Mike at Freedom Mortgage in Sarasota.

Mike was very helpful and on the spot when I needed assistance. He and his team were very quick to respond to any questions, and they were able to get the loan approved very quickly. it all worked out well and Mike was helpful throughout. when i was in town (i am from out of state) he really wanted to meet me in person, although the whole thing could have been done remotely.
