Mike was incredible to work with during the closing on our new home! He provided very clear guidance, was extremely knowledgeable and provided immediate responses. He worked with us closely through every issue that arose. Mike is a fantastic communicator and was extremely proactive throughout the whole process. On top of it all he was positive and encouraging. Michael and staff were extremely helpful throughout our refinance process. They outlined what documents were needed and were consistent in their attention to all the details. Mike is consistently on point with his timeline providing very realistic expectations. He takes of a lot of little problems that arise behind the scenes to protect his clients from feeling the weight of the tedious process of refi or purchasing.
