Where do I begin!?! Michael was amazing in our first purchase of a home. Michael was informative, very responsive, and understanding of our situation. Let's just say Michael welcome us with open arms when we got to work with Michael a second time around. We were over promised by a different broker and Michael helped us close with a very short deadline. His team also made the process go seemingly smooth where everything was done via email and phone. Would recommend Michael to everyone!

Team did a very quick approval letter 5 stars. Found quite a bit of typographical errors upon signing such as City of property owned, Street name spelling, Trust date missing punctuation to define the year. Hoping that the Grant Deed is correct in the end. Thanks for the quick service.

When we went back into the house hunting process, we were clear with Michael that we were re-evaluating lenders. Michael stated that he could match other rates from competitors given the length of time we were working together. When we double checked with another lender before finalizing the loan to ensure we were getting the best rate we were quoted a lower rate. Mike stalled to ensure we could not move lenders by not promptly/definitively responding to requests for updates. Felt a bit taken.

I think Michael is a great communicator, interpreting loan terms in layman’s terms. He was able to convince me to go with his firm because it’s suppose to be a one-stop shop while ensuring if can be done with lesser cost and in a timely manner, if not sooner. I was very disappointed with his absence in the process, regardless of earlier planned vacations. I expected more from him and his team. We had to deal with unnecessary stress to push Mike’s team to meet our loan contingency deadline.
