We were looking for a home in the SWFL area for an investment opportunity. Mikes team had more knowledge about the area than we thought possilbe. Our questions were answered quickly and they had quality information that helped us focus in on what type of investment property we wanted to look for. If not for a family issue we would have moved forward with an investment, In the future we will use Mike and tell everyone we come by about him.
Mike very promptly responded to my request and "exceeded my expectations" when I needed some local knowledge. Given the chance, I will use him for any deals I might do in the Cape Coral area in the future.
