I had a property that I needed to short sell. I had worked with another realtor for over 7 months who was getting ready to bring me to a closing that couldn't happen because this realtor FORGOT to include the HELOC in the closing and negotiating process with the bank. Mike and his team did an amazing job for me. Super quick offer and acceptance on my house, took care of all my questions and concerns through every obstacle that came up, got everything all the way to closing and a member of his team called me the day after closing to check on me and congratulate the closing. During a rough housing market and bad economy, Mike and his team took a lot of the stress away. Highly recommend him.

Mike and his team helped me sell my short sale property. I had tried to negotiate with my lender without an agent for 18 months without any luck. I listed my property with Mike and he and his team sold my house and got the lender to take an offer that they had previously refused with me. I have worked with other real estate agents in the past but Mike and his team were the very best. They made the process incredibly easy!!!
