Mike Ott was instrumental in providing refi guidance finance option charts up front to ensure we were making a well informed decision. Mike was engaged with us throughout the process and ensured there were no surprises. Quite a contrast to our prior experience with our credit union.

I gladly reached out to him when I was ready to refinance over the summer of 2020. As always, him and his team were organized and communicated with me every step of the way. Mr. Ott was professional, organized, and kept us updated on anything we needed to complete or provide. Mr. Ott provided an “easy to read/explain” PowerPoint presentation that helped us understand the loan process and different options. Mr. Ott did not rush the presentation and made sure we understood everything presented. We are very happy we chose to use Mr. Ott for our re-finance loan process.
