I worked with Mike on a refinance of one of my properties. Their app was always easy to use and kept me informed on where we were in the process at all times. Mike presented my options in a side-by-side comparison. He made sure I understood each so I could make the best decision. He was readily available for any question I had. Mike Ott was wonderful to work with through the loan and mortgage process. We had a construction loan that was then converted to a mortgage which was more involved than a standard mortgage. Mike was knowledgeable and helped guide us through the process. He was responsive and always available to answer questions and provide information. When we ran up against delays with our builder, he was flexible and worked his magic to get us to closing on time.
