I get anxious at dealerships. Carlos and Rafael did everything to make this the best car buying experience I ever had. Would highly recommend!! If I could give more than 5/5 stars I would. No pressure, no belligerence. Just personable and eager to work with you. I live 4 hours away and will probably do all of my future car shopping with Mike Shaw.
Had a very pleasant and professional experience. Matthew S our sales guy was very informative and polite. Trina our finance rep was very thorough and down to earth. Went to look at the Tellurides because we would be purchasing one soon. We found the perfect one with the help of Matthew S. We love our 2021 Nightfall Telluride.
