RecommendedThe staff have always been courteous and accommodating. The waiting room is okay but definitely needs to be updated with at least separate bathrooms for men and women.

We have purchased four vehicles from Mike Shaw Kia. The latest a trade in of our 2019 Telluride for a 2022 Telluride with some upgraded features. Carlos Molino was our sales presentative. Carlos was excellent to work with and met all promises made, particularly the delivery date of this very popular car. I took my 2021 Sorrento in to have it serviced for the first time since I bought it I was very pleased with the quality of service and how fast it was I was told it would take a couple hours I think it was maybe hour.
