RecommendedWe bought a 2025 Toyota Sierra. Love the car. Matthew Roldan was our salesman along with Cosme Garza the Sales Manager. They were not pushy, ordered our car and we recieved it a week later. It is a Hybrid, gets great fuel mileage. Davis Sweet was very nice to us, getting all the papers complete. By the way, our Daughter and Son In Law also bought a Sierra two weeks later. Great place to do business with.

after great service from the sales team the truck we got gave us trouble from day 1 after multiple times in the shop since February it's still in the shop they talked a great game about exchanging it but dragged it out long enough that I couldn't get refinanced or a refund. when I found a cosigner they didn't even try to give me a chance said we didn't qualify and hadn't even ran the application on anyone

I was initially quoted $62,500 for a vehicle and told that price would be honored. However, the next day the dealership raised it to $66,600 without explanation. It was disappointing and felt misleading after I had started planning around the original number.

If I could’ve walked away and had them reverse the sale, I would’ve, but since paperwork had been signed I couldn’t, BUT I can prevent you or anyone else from the headache we experienced at Mike Shaw Toyota.
