I arrived 30min ahead of time for a scheduled maintenance. The service representative called me by name - I had only been here once (to buy the car), so that was impressive! Several other personnel asked how I was, if they could assist with anything - always polite and smiling. This is the best dealership I have been to in Texas, and will rival Allan Vigil Ford in Morrow, GA!
