RecommendedI arrived 30min ahead of time for a scheduled maintenance. The service representative called me by name - I had only been here once (to buy the car), so that was impressive! Several other personnel asked how I was, if they could assist with anything - always polite and smiling. This is the best dealership I have been to in Texas, and will rival Allan Vigil Ford in Morrow, GA!
Good salesmen very helpfull
I had a great experience but I was told that the vehicle I was buying had remote start and the sales guy said you have to purchase the vehicle first then you can download the app to get the remote start to work so I did and later found out that it Dosent have it and I can’t put it on from the factory.. that was one of the selling points i wanted to purchase it .i am very upset with the sales guy (Jason) for not checking carefully that the vehicle did not come with remote start as far as mike Shaw Toyota I have nothing bad to... read more

I have never had a transaction go as smooth as the one today.. Everything was done over phone. The paperwork and new ride was delivered to our house when we got off work and they picked up our trade in. Our salesman Abel Padilla was great! He was very friendly and willing to help us any way he could to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Thanks again Abel for all your help with making this happen.
