These folks have their act together; I felt that I was in and out so fast in selection, loan signing and drove out my new car! We cringe at the thought of buying a car but these people made it super easy! My # 6 Toyota purchase!!!!

I purchased my car from them back in March and the sales guy that I used didn't follow through on what he had promised (and he now longer works there). However, the new GSM, David Martinez, is working hard to prove that Mike Shaw Toyota is an amazing company and so he jumped through hoops to help right the wrong that was done! I hope I don't need a new car anytime soon but I know that when I do, I will be getting it at Mike Shaw Toyota!
I have never been big on using dealerships for maintenance, but this is the only dealership where I feel like I'm not being pressured into anything. It's always a pleasure speaking with Miss Katie when i bring in my vehicle. She is the nicest person I have ever met at any dealership, anywhere. And I just drove away without the problem I came in with. Awesome!!!!
