Katie Pieterse did a great job. Mike Shaw Toyota is a great dealership and worth going the extra distance to get our vehicles serviced. I always feel confident they will do a great job. Katie was friendly and highly knowledgeable. She found a good deal and had my Ravens 4 out in very decent time. Great job!

Took my car to get a/c fixed , really appreciated the time they took to get my extended warranty from Taco to pay for it all.

I have for the last 10 years or so bought Toyotas but yesterday's experience was the best I have ever had. I was treated like a queen.........they even fed me so if you're looking for a new car go to Mike Shaw Toyota and ask for Stoney he's the best he's been there for 40 years and if there's anything that he can get done for you he will do it............go get your new car folks !!!!

Came in Monday and was helped by Ean. Can't say enough good things about my experience. Got the car i truly wanted while my Volkswagen recall nightmare is still a work in progress. Thank you Mike Shaw Toyota and Ean! Ean worked his butt off long and hard for us and I can't ever express my true gratitude for how much he did for us!!
