Ranted yesterday about my bad experience with Mike Shaw Toyota on this facebook page, and I received a phone call from them about the post. The caller (sorry I forgot your name) wanted to hear me out, and just the fact that they called made a world a difference. He was apologetic, and listened to my complaint and assured me that they would strive to make it right. First time coming here as I'm new to the state. Service people are friendly and ensure you're taken care of! My car was not ready when promised (I was replacing my windshield as they were $100 cheaper than anywhere else I called), due to no fault of the technicians'...the replacement was chipped and they didn't realize it until after it was installed....long story short, I was given a loaner car until the windshield was replaced. I got the best deal here after shopping at all the dealers on SPID, I drove out there with what was my best deal and they came up with a lower price and the lowest financing too!! Shawn Howell is a great salesman, not pushing me to buy more car than I wanted!! Go see him and have a cookie!!
