I had a wonderful experience at Mike Shaw Toyota/Scion. I went with the notion that i wanted a Rav4. I was immediately greeted by Kristine Blackmon, and we proceeded to get the process started. I was very nervous, but Kristine was very calming and positive. After the initial paperwork was done, we went out to look at the Rav4's. I fell in LOVE with a metallic blue one.
