I feel like we were asked to provide documentation multiple times and then told that we didn’t have to provide anything else and we would close and then it dragged out for weeks so we had to provide certain documentation again and again. It just became frustrating and a bit irritating when we were told it would close by end of week but then another week would roll by with more requests for things.
