Pulled up to get a much needed wash. The girl taking my card was going over the options and mentioned the sale they were running. “The top wash w the ceramic is $17, that’s would be what I suggest. With the rain coming, that ceramic will help the rain drops bead and roll off”. I said ok, let’s go with that one. Paid for it, went in about my day. Later noticed I was charged $24. Do not recommend at all. I paid for the choose two, got a clear coat and tire shine. My car had watermarks left all over it and several dirty spots when I ran back by to ask about it, both the clerk and manager were incredibly rude, the manager tried to mansplain to me that it was from rain (it didn’t rain and I had just gotten the wash about 12 hours before), and overall had an incredibly condescending tone the entire conversation along with a snarky smirk. Quick and easy location. They have different tiers of washes for different prices. They also offer a monthly plan. Staff is fantastic, they are very polite focused. Still can't find Mike.
Dillon & Sam are the most professional polite employees I have seen at an reputable business in a long time! You guys are lucky to have them!
Got me again. For the second time I have gotten half of a car wash. The line was too long to go back through so I am stuck with the horrible wash job. Go to any other location besides this one.
