After a 26-hour round-trip roadtrip plus a tree by my parking pad that likes to drop sap on my car, the Subaru Outback was in need of a good wash. Mike's was the closest, and it did the trick. The car wash is what you would expect, with different levels of washes and a monthly membership for unlimited washes. I went with the mid-tier option. We just got off a two week road trip and our car was absolutely coated with bugs. The girl working so thoroughly sprayed all of the bugs off all while having a great attitude. The guy who rung us up was also friendly and assured us that the basic wash would include a good bug spraying. Mike's has excellent customer service and does a very thorough wash, which can be hard to get at some car washes. Would highly recommend and kudos to the girl working tonight!
Derrick at Mike's in Middletown is absolutely amazing! I came through the wash on a cold wet day because I had just gotten new tires put on and my rims were horrible! He took so much time spraying and scrubbing them BY HAND and in the cold before I went into the wash! I can't recommend this car wash enough. I always leave extremely happy.

I came by to wash my sister's ML350 and had absolutely terrific customer service. After the first wash there were still a few bugs on the front. Troy noticed this and gave us a complimentary vacuum service and sent us through the wash with an additional presoak and full Ultimate+Ceramic wash service. I would absolutely recommend this location great service and great team!
I knew of Mike's from visiting Indianapolis over the years and always wished we had something similar in the area. I was very happy to have Mike's expand into this area. I know that Mike's have been here for some time now, but in all honesty they still seem to be suffering from growing pains. When I have gone here, there never seems to be more than two staff members and I have noticed hiccups from time to time that seem to be from lack of experience. My first time getting a wash. Not very satisfied since the white marker they use was still on the Carwash after leaving and parts of dirt still on as well. For the amount charged, I would probably visit a different car wash.
I grew up going to Mike's in my parents' cars and trucks in Northern Indiana. Was so excited when they came to Louisville several years ago. Love that everyone who works at Mike's is very courteous and waves with a smile at you in your car as your car is going into the wash. Always like to smell of my car after the wash and the car trash bags they provide. Keep up the great work!
